Special Yarn Factory

Hohae's special yarn uses special chemical filaments as raw materials, and based on our accumulated processing technology, we produce/supply high-quality unique synthetic fibers and special yarns, such as acrylic, acetate, rayon, bemberg, nylon, and PBT, which are widely used in various fields such as for golf clothing, casual clothing, sweaters, and women's suits.

Complete vertical Integration system

Complete internalization of all equipment that can be completed in-house from the starting process to the final processes (twisting, false twisting, covering, winder, etc.)

Hohae’s special yarn Factory has the longest history among all of our production facilities. From Factory 1 (completed in July 1990) to Factory 2 (completed in October 1994) and Factory 3 (completed in November 1995), we are producing 40 different kinds of market-leading, high-quality yarn products (over 2,500 tons per year), including special twisted yarns of unique materials.

Raw Material

Sourcing high-quality materials from all over the world like China, Japan, Germany, Australia, Italy, etc.
Double Twist

The process of combining more than 2 threads with the same or different kinds of yarn and twisting for suitable thickness and strength as well as the desired touch.
Stretch Twist

Processing D/B that executes contact treatment with heat on the synthesized filament of heat-setting properties while twisting and releasing in high speed to give the yarn a bulkiness
D/B

Distinguishing the textile of more than 3 distinct threads of the same or different kinds with core, effect binder and differing the respective feed roller speed, and thereby drafting and twisting to process into a special form
Covering

Process of simultaneously twisting the yarn of the same or different kinds to 2 or 3 threads in different directions without passing the D/B process for filament and spun yarn difficult for D/B
